Peppermint Tart

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
450ml Full Cream Milk
250g Instant Peppermint Tart Powder
100g Peppermint Chocolate (Grated)

DIRECTIONS:
– Pour the Full Cream Milk into the mixing bowl.
– Then add the Instant Peppermint Tart Powder.
– Using a balloon whisk on slow for 1 minute.
– Scrape the sides of the mixing bowl and whisk on fast for a further 2 minutes.
– Stir in 60g (or more if preferred) of the grated Peppermint Chocolate.
– Line a dish with a single layer of whole coconut biscuits. Top with half the
caramel mixture, then add another layer of coconut biscuits. Pour the
remainder of the caramel mixture over the second layer of Tennis biscuits.
– Decorate with the remainder of the grated Peppermint Crisp Chocolate.
– Chill until ready to be served. (2 to 4 hours)
